4. Improvement In Technology: -

Improvement in technology related to environment improvement is necessary to create a safe and pollution-free environment.

 There is a need to adopt new technologies in place of old techniques to avoid the possible dangers by forecasting or forecasting the weather and climate related elements.

5. Control of Nuclear Explosions: -
